| i kind of feel like writing, and i really don't feel like studying for
my stats midterm tomorrow, so i decided i'd update this. hm...i
really don't have much to say. this quarter has been going really
well so far. classes are okay except for the horrible comparative
studies paper i turned in on friday. hopefully it'll get at least
a C. we'll see. and aside from classes things have
just been much more fun and laid back recently than they had been for a
long time. there's a fantastic lack of drama in my life right
now, which i'm thoroughly enjoying. let's hope it stays
that way for a while.
i just noticed that the lakota levy passed. awesome. finally. hopefully you all voted!
it's really starting to hit me that i'm a junior in college and have no
idea what i want to do when i graduate. kind of scary. i'm
sure i'll figure something out, and i'm sure it'll involve grad school,
which means it'll involve taking the GRE. yuck. oh well,
i'm not going to worry about that just yet. i really want to get
an internship this summer instead of just getting a crappy job in west
chester again. and i really want that internship to be in
london. don't think my parents will go for that idea
though. but it sure would be awesome. i loved london so
much, and i only got to spend a week there. i really want to go
back.
so...i'm ridiculously excited to see harry potter and the goblet of
fire. i already have my ticket for a midnight showing on nov.
17. yep. it's going to be awesome. i've only recently
developed a harry potter obsession. not really sure how it
happened. but i don't necessarily think it's a bad thing.
well, now that i've exhausted a few topics that aren't even remotely
interesting, perhaps i should go to bed so i can get a good night's
sleep and hopefully do well on my statistics midterm. okay
then. good night.

i have like 50 favorite movies. to name a few: before
sunrise, before sunset, say anything, grosse pointe blank, girl
interrupted, heathers, singin' in the rain, the sound of music, oliver,

you, when harry met sally...that's all i can think of at the
moment. i'm sure i'm missing some major ones.

| i went to miami last night. it was so much fun. i almost started wishing i had never transferred. not really. i like ohio state much more in general. and i still felt out of place at miami. but watching the homecoming parade and hearing the band and seeing band friends i hadn't seen in forever and hanging out with christine and stephanie and bethany and michelle...i don't know, i just got all nostalgic i guess. and seeing the apartment my friends live in made me want to live there. but i think i'm honestly just really excited to move into my "apartment" in columbus. i think it'll be a great time. i'm looking forward to an awesome year at osu. i don't exactly know why, but for some reason i'm just really excited about school this year. hmm. tonight i'm going to the east band contest. i'm curious to see if they're really as bad as they say they are. should be interesting. i'll have to miss part of the football game though. oh well. go bucks. | | |
| So...I actually got my picture taken by platform 9 and three-quarters in King's Cross station today...I'm such a loser tourist. I also saw the musical based on the music of Queen. Queen is awesome. And Phantom tomorrow...so excited. Okay, that's all. | | |
